By accessing or using the Rekode AI website or any services provided by Wilson Global Limited, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients who access or use anything operated by Rekode AI. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any applicable terms in effect at the time of use.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Rekode AI website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in a way that could harm Rekode AI, Wilson Global Limited, or other users. Our Services

Rekode AI helps businesses get up and running on AI, from training teams to use AI day to day, to building and deploying the systems and agents that run the work. Any services we provide are subject to a separate project agreement or proposal agreed upon between you and Wilson Global Limited before work begins. These Terms of Service govern general use of the website and do not constitute a service agreement in themselves.

Subcontractors and Contractors

Rekode AI may engage contractors, subcontractors, or third party specialists to help deliver services. Where we do, we remain responsible to you for the delivery of the agreed work, and any contractors we engage are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data handling obligations.

Payments

Payments are accepted in multiple currencies. We process payments securely via Airwallex Pay and Stripe, or by direct bank transfer for clients who prefer that option. The payment structure for each engagement is set out in the relevant project agreement and varies by project. Many engagements use a deposit before work begins with the balance due on completion, though the exact split and schedule depend on the engagement. Payment method and currency are confirmed at the time of engagement.

Refunds and Cancellations

If an engagement is cancelled after work has commenced, any refund of amounts already paid will be assessed on a case by case basis relative to the work completed at the time of cancellation. Deposits cover work scoped, planned, and initiated on your behalf. All cancellation discussions are handled directly and fairly.

Where a post delivery support period is included, its length and scope are agreed in the relevant project agreement and vary by project. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Ongoing support beyond what is agreed is subject to a new agreement.

Refund and cancellation terms for enterprise or custom engagements may differ and will be outlined explicitly in the relevant project agreement.

Ownership of Deliverables

Unless agreed otherwise in a project agreement, you own the systems, code, and configurations we build for you on delivery and full payment. Any third party tools, platforms, or models your systems rely on remain governed by their own licences and terms.

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any personal information submitted through this website from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While we work to safeguard your data, no website can guarantee complete security and absolute protection cannot be ensured.

Content and Enquiries

Any content or information you submit through forms or enquiries on this website is used solely for the purpose of responding to your request and determining whether there is a fit for our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Availability and Changes
