By accessing or using the Rekode AI website or any services provided by Wilson Global Limited, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients who access or use anything operated by Rekode AI. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any applicable terms in effect at the time of use.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Rekode AI website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in a way that could harm Rekode AI, Wilson Global Limited, or other users. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at any time if these terms are violated.

Client Engagements

Any services provided by Rekode AI are subject to a separate project agreement or proposal agreed upon between you and Wilson Global Limited prior to work commencing. These Terms of Service govern general use of the website and do not constitute a service agreement in themselves.

Payments

Payments are accepted in multiple currencies. We process payments securely via Airwallex Pay and Stripe, or by direct bank transfer for clients who prefer that option. Payment method and currency will be confirmed at the time of engagement.

Refunds and Cancellations

Projects are structured with a 50% deposit due before work begins and the remaining 50% due upon completion, where completion is defined as the client being fully satisfied with the delivered work. The deposit covers work scoped, planned, and initiated on your behalf.

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, any refund of the deposit will be assessed on a case by case basis relative to the work completed at the time of cancellation. All cancellation discussions are handled directly and fairly.

All completed work includes a 30-day post-delivery support period at no additional cost. This covers miscellaneous changes within the agreed project scope and any defects or issues arising from our own work. Requests outside the original scope during this period may be quoted separately. After 30 days, ongoing support or changes are subject to a new agreement.

Refund and cancellation terms for enterprise or custom engagements may differ and will be outlined explicitly in the relevant project agreement.

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any personal information submitted through this website from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While we work to safeguard your data, no website can guarantee complete security and absolute protection cannot be ensured.

Content and Enquiries

Any content or information you submit through forms or enquiries on this website is used solely for the purpose of responding to your request and determining whether there is a fit for our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Availability and Changes
