Managing commercial construction bids and active projects across a small to mid size general contracting operation is a mess. Estimates management with full table and kanban views across all bid stages including Draft, Submitted, Under Review, Awarded, and Lost
Estimate builder with line item cost breakdowns organised by trade division, inline editing, auto calculating totals, and a cost summary with division breakdown charts
PDF report generation with print ready estimate reports including full division tables, markup, overhead, contingency, and inclusions and exclusions
Active projects grid with progress tracking, budget comparison between estimated and actual costs, and subcontractor assignments
Cost database with a master unit cost library by CSI division with labor, material, and combined rate toggles

How It Works
From the dashboard a contractor can see their entire bid pipeline at a glance, drill into any estimate, update line items inline, and generate a print ready PDF report in a single click. Active projects sit alongside the bid pipeline so nothing gets lost in the transition from awarded bid to construction.
The estimate builder organises costs by trade division the same way a real estimator thinks, with automatic totals, markup calculations, and a summary view that breaks down cost by division and separates labor from materials.
