Keep the work moving. While you're on site.

You can't stop in the middle of every job to answer a new enquiry. Rekode AI gathers the details, handles routine questions and helps arrange the next conversation with your team.

More time on the job.
Fewer loose ends.

Start with the enquiries your team handles again and again. Give each request enough attention to reach the right person or diary.

01 / Speed-to-Lead Agent

Catch the enquiry between jobs.

Ask what needs doing, check the location and gather enough context to arrange a callback or an appointment request.

02 / Service Response Agent

The small questions add up.

Answer agreed questions about preparation, service areas and appointments. Pass changes and exceptions to your team.

03 / Lead Reactivation Agent

Pick up the unfinished quote.

Reconnect with eligible customers who asked for a quote or postponed a job, and find out whether they still need a hand.

Your service area. Your way of working.

Your team needs the right job details: location, work required, access and a suitable callback time. We agree what to collect and where to send it. Quotes, safety decisions and unusual jobs stay with the people who know the work.

Ready for
real conversations.

People don’t follow a script. Give your agent the context, connections and boundaries to handle the next question.

Before the
first conversation.

Have a specific workflow?
Let’s talk it through.

Can it tell whether we cover a customer's area?

Yes, where we have an agreed, current service-area list. We define how to handle unclear addresses and boundary cases, and send those to your team instead of guessing.

Can it give a quote?

It can gather the details an estimator needs and share approved fixed information where appropriate. Site-specific pricing, diagnoses and quote approval stay with your team unless a tightly defined process is agreed.

Will it book straight into our schedule?

That depends on your scheduling system and rules. We can scope a confirmed booking where the connection supports it, or collect a preferred time for your team to confirm. The customer is told which has happened.

What about urgent or unsafe situations?

We agree an immediate escalation path and the information the agent is allowed to provide. It does not diagnose faults or replace emergency services. Those boundaries are tested before use.

Can it follow up on quotes we already sent?

Yes, for eligible contacts and an agreed reason to follow up. We define timing, the message, how to stop follow-ups and where renewed interest should go.
