Every good trip starts with a conversation.

Dates, destinations, little details. Rekode AI helps gather what a traveller needs, answers agreed questions and keeps the conversation moving towards your booking or guest-services team.

Less back and forth.
More looking forward.

Make it easier to get from an initial idea to a useful answer, with the traveller's dates, preferences and next step kept together.

01 / Speed-to-Lead Agent

Turn an idea into an enquiry.

Ask about dates, group size and preferences, then help arrange the right conversation with reservations or a travel specialist.

02 / Service Response Agent

Help with the little details.

Share approved check-in, facilities and local service information. Route booking changes and special requests to your staff.

03 / Lead Reactivation Agent

Revisit a trip still on their mind.

Follow up on an eligible enquiry or requested update, asking whether the traveller would like to continue planning.

A request isn't a reservation.

We agree when the agent can check availability, confirm a booking or pass a request to your team. New enquiries and changes to existing stays follow the appropriate permissions. Guests always know whether they have made a request or received a confirmed booking.

Ready for
real conversations.

People don’t follow a script. Give your agent the context, connections and boundaries to handle the next question.

Human handoff

A person, when it matters.

Complex trips, booking changes and special requests reach your people, with the dates, preferences and conversation ready.

Multilingual conversations

Make the first words easier.

Welcome a traveller’s first question in a familiar language. Test the languages and travel information relevant to your guests.

Your tools, connected

Fits into your working day.

Scope connections around your approved travel information, booking requests and guest communication tools.

You make the stay memorable.
We manage the agent.

Rekode AI looks after the enquiry workflow, from the first questions to the right handoff, and helps keep information current through changing seasons.

Before the
first conversation.

Have a specific workflow?
Let’s talk it through.

Can it confirm room or trip availability?

Only through a suitable, agreed source of current availability. Otherwise it gathers the request for your team to check and makes clear that nothing has been reserved.

Can guests change or cancel a booking?

It can explain approved process information and route the request. Changing a reservation requires the right verification, system access and rules; it is not assumed to be part of every build.

What about guests in different time zones?

We define the relevant guest and property time zones, then test dates, arrival windows and time-zone changes. The agent should clarify ambiguous times rather than make an assumption.

Can we offer conversations in other languages?

We choose languages around your guests and test the experience and approved information in each one. Coverage is agreed during scoping rather than promised as a universal language count.

Will it handle special requests?

It can collect the relevant details and pass them to your team. Accessibility arrangements, exceptions and other requests needing confirmation are not treated as automatically approved.
