A little help. When it matters most.

A shopper has a question before they choose. Rekode AI helps answer it from your approved information, gathers the details and connects them with your team when they need more.

Make the conversation
part of the experience.

From a first product question to a returning customer, give people an easy way to find out what they need next.

01 / Speed-to-Lead Agent

Help before interest fades.

Respond to a product or store enquiry, clarify what the shopper wants and arrange a useful next step with your team.

02 / Service Response Agent

Answers without the runaround.

Share approved store, collection and policy information. Gather order context and route account-specific questions safely.

03 / Lead Reactivation Agent

A relevant reason to return.

Follow up with eligible customers about a previous enquiry, a requested update or a relevant appointment with your team.

Helpful answers need the right source.

We agree which product, store and order information the agent can use, and how current it must be. Answers come from approved sources. When stock or order details need checking, the request goes to your team without promising an unverified result.

Ready for
real conversations.

People don’t follow a script. Give your agent the context, connections and boundaries to handle the next question.

Human handoff

A person, when it matters.

Product advice, exceptions and account-specific requests reach the right store team with the shopper’s question and context.

Multilingual conversations

Make the first words easier.

Give shoppers a familiar way to ask. We test the chosen languages against your approved product and store information.

Your tools, connected

Fits into your working day.

Build around approved product information and store workflows. Live stock or order access is scoped separately.

You know your products.
We manage the agent.

Rekode AI shapes the conversation around your range, policies and people, with ongoing review as the information your customers need changes.

Before the
first conversation.

Have a specific workflow?
Let’s talk it through.

Can it check live stock?

Only if the agreed inventory connection provides reliable, current availability. Otherwise it can gather the product and store details for your team to check. It will not present old catalogue information as live stock.

Will it handle returns or refunds?

It can explain approved policy information and gather the request. Refund decisions, exceptions and account changes stay with your team unless a specific authorised workflow is built and tested.

Does it work for more than one store?

It can, provided each location's details and routing rules are clear. We test that the shopper reaches the correct store and that location-specific information is not mixed up.

Can it answer order questions?

We first agree the systems, verification steps and information it may disclose. Without a suitable connection, it collects an enquiry for the team instead of guessing an order's status.

Do we have to move away from our existing tools?

Usually the starting point is the tools you already use. We check access and technical fit during scoping and agree what can be connected before promising a workflow.
